We capture simple video and full audio of up to four speeches to be delivered as separate edited video files. Additional speeches can be added for a charge.
VOWS AUDIO CAPTURE
$400
We capture full audio of your vows and ceremony for use as overlays in your highlight film. Not all statements are guaranteed to make the final edit. We use our best judgement to include audio excerpts artistically. However, all raw audio will be delivered as an additional separate mp3 file.
The Booking Process
Once the submission form has been completed, you'll receive further info and availability. Please be sure to include your wedding date, venue location, and any details you’d like us to know about your day! If you’d like to schedule a phone call to go over any questions you may have, or to get to know us better, we would love to chat!
After choosing a package, we will send over an initial questionnaire, contract, and invoice. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
From there, you are officially booked with Tom and Sierra Wedding Photography, and we are at your service! If your package includes a complimentary engagement session, it can be scheduled at your earliest convenience.
We are available via email and phone for any questions you may have during your planning process, and a final questionnaire covering all final details and timelines will be sent leading up to your wedding day. You will also have the option to schedule a pre-wedding day phone consultation with us to go over all final details!
FAQ
What is the turn-around time for galleries?
Turn around time will vary depending on the time of year. The standard turn around time is 4-6 weeks in the beginning of the wedding season (Spring - early Summer) and 6-8 weeks towards the end of the season (Summer - Fall)
How do we receive our photos?
Final photos and video are received via an online gallery where you will have the ability to download the entire gallery to your device. You will have access to the online gallery for a year from the date you received your final photos. Please be sure to backup your gallery within this time frame. We recommend backing up your photos to multiple locations for safe keeping.
Do you travel for weddings?
Based on availability, we are willing to travel! Extra costs will vary based on the location of the wedding. Please fill out our submission form with information regarding your wedding for further information. There is no travel fee for weddings that are within 100 miles of Seneca Falls, NY.
Do we always get both of you as our photographers?
Yes! All packages and all engagement sessions include both of us as your photographers! Double the photographer, double the fun!
